do you loose weight when you die

As a society we're having so many problems with our weight at the moment that being classed as obese is nothing to be surprised about, and this is causing the medical profession a lot of headaches. They know that we all need to take more care of our health and our weight. But, they also know that sometimes there isn't much that they can do about it.

Sure, the medical profession can tell us what we should be doing and why we should be doing it. They can try and scare us with stories of the terrible -- and potentially life threatening -- illnesses that we might start to suffer from if we're really overweight. But, doctors and medical experts can't do one vital thing...they can't make us listen.

Fact is, your doctor can give you advice on how to lose weight but they can't help you actually do it from that point. You have got to want to do it for yourself. And, a lot of the time people will leave their doctor's surgery having been told that they must lose weight or suffer the consequences...but simply feeling that the consequences won't actually have any significant effect on their lives. This kind of stuff always happens to other people, right?

Wrong. If you are classed as being obese then you could suffer from heart problems, kidney problems, liver problems, high blood pressure or diabetes. You could have problems getting pregnant, having a successful pregnancy and giving birth to a healthy child...to name just a few possibilities. Your doctors may be able to help you out if those kinds of things happen (by treating you for that new complaint) but their underlying advice will still be the same...lose some weight, maybe lots! And you could be putting your life in jeopardy by not acting on their advice.

You'd be far better off actually looking at diets and dieting advice and trying to find a solution that works for you before your health is seriously and permanently harmed. It's far better to act sooner rather than later here.

Maybe you've already tried a few diets and dieting options and not got anywhere fast. So, maybe you need a new approach instead.

As an example, you could look for a new diet that used your body's natural activities to burn off the food you eat. After all, as any diets and dieting expert will tell you, if your body is burning off food then it simply cannot be turned into fat. What you eat is important here because you don't want to starve or have to eat weird foods all the time - and you may find that you actually eat more often than you do now...but the pounds may still disappear!

There are lots and lots of options available for people to look at. And it's highly likely that your solution is amongst them.
